Phynos Document Intelligence

Turn a difficult document bundle into a structured review route.

Phynos Document Intelligence helps professionals reduce the preparation burden hidden inside large, complex or evidence-heavy document sets.

It organises source material into priority routes, actor maps, timelines, potential gaps, cautions, open questions and practical review actions before professional judgement begins.

Designed for financial, insolvency, debt-support and other professional practices dealing with evidence-heavy client matters.

When the preparation work becomes the burden

Skilled time can be lost opening and identifying files, locating important pages, reconstructing events, checking repeated material and trying to understand what may be missing.

Phynos creates an organised route through the bundle so the responsible practitioner can begin review from a clearer, source-linked starting point.

How it works

A controlled route from bundle to workplan.

1

Assess the bundle

Understand file count, page volume, formats, quality, purpose and review boundaries.

2

Create order

Build a source inventory, group documents and identify OCR or duplication issues.

3

Map the information

Separate actors, dates, visible evidence, unresolved references and possible gaps.

4

Build the review pack

Create key pages, timeline, cautions, open questions, source routes and practitioner actions.

5

Return for professional review

The responsible practitioner checks sources, applies judgement and signs off.

The deliverable

What the practitioner receives

Recommended review order

A clear sequence showing where review should begin and how the workbook should be navigated.

Priority pages

A routed shortlist of pages that warrant early professional attention.

Who Is Who

A structured view of relevant people, organisations and roles appearing across the material.

Direct source routes

Direct routes back to the original pages that support, qualify or provide context for the review material.

Potential missing evidence

Referenced, partial or absent material identified carefully without declaring fault or significance.

Neutral timeline

Dates and events organised without converting ambiguity into conclusions.

Review cautions

Visible warnings where evidence quality, role clarity, duplication or missing calculations require restraint.

Open review questions

Unresolved matters preserved for the responsible practitioner to examine and answer.

Practitioner action workplan

Practical review tasks linked to reasons, owners, status and source routes.

Source index

A classified register of source documents and pack-relative review locations.

What this changes

The bundle is no longer an unstructured starting point. Important material, unresolved questions and review actions are brought together while routes back to source remain available.

Data handling

Agreed for each engagement

Source-document handling is agreed for each engagement, including access, processing location, retention and deletion. Local processing is used where appropriate.

Confidential material should not be sent during an initial enquiry.

Introductory pricing

From €500. For a suitable document bundle of up to approximately 1,000 pages, subject to initial assessment.

Suitable bundles contain files that can be opened, read and processed without extensive OCR repair, duplication removal or reconstruction. Final pricing reflects page volume, file count, scan quality, duplication and review complexity. Larger, poorly scanned, duplicated or highly cross-referenced bundles are assessed and quoted separately.

Start with the size and condition of the bundle.

Share the approximate number of files, approximate number of pages, material type, current format and the review output that would be useful.
